Currently practicing as a Wellbeing Life Coach and Yoga and Meditation Teacher, I’ve explored various healing tools over the years to support my personal growth and development. 

 

Finding balance and simplifying our busy lives to promote health and happiness is my focus.

 

My mission is to facilitate and empower others to identify what works best for them, as the beautiful and unique individuals they are, so they too can live harmoniously and thrive 🌿🌟
 

My Story...

Now in my late 40s, as I continue to follow a life-long journey of self discovery and acceptance, I'm feeling way better physically and emotionally than I did in my 20s and 30s! Learning how to take care of ourselves and improve our healthspan is incredibly empowering - and I believe we should all be able to access this. 

I first started practicing yoga around 2001 as the peace and focus required really appealed to my overactive, anxious mind. My on-off practice changed in 2016 when I starting suffering with Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) and healthcare professionals recommended yoga and meditation. So began a committed daily practice! With quick results, the pain reduced and my mobility improved. I was hooked and the following year undertook my 200hr RYT teacher training certificate whilst travelling around India

An accident whilst trying to start a new life in Mexico in 2022 left me unable to walk for a few months, and unable to practice my beloved yoga or meditation I found the need to turn to other self-care tools. This soon led me to undertake Wellbeing Coach training so I could in turn help others who don't want to (or can't) access yoga and meditation too.  

 

Expanding on the above, I've now discovered a huge love for ecstatic dancing, started weight training (recommended for women around my age), picked up the paintbrush and camera again and taken part in the odd music jam. These are the ways I love to express myself, feel and shift stuck emotions, generate positive energy and just bring more joy to my life!
