But, what is Wellbeing Club

A new, interactive, weekly online session for anyone and everyone wanting to carve out

some time each week to monitor, improve and maintain their wellbeing needs and goals!

 

Facilitated by a certified Wellbeing Coach (me!) it will be a safe place for lovely people, like yourself,

to check in and give yourself:

  • an hour a week purely to focus on YOU

  • a defined space to set, monitor and review your personal goals

  • share your goals with the group for an extra layer of accountability (optional!)

  • access handy tips and tricks to build your self-care toolkit and live a more balanced life

  • weekly themes on self-care and wellbeing (rotated so if you miss a week you can catch it next time!)

  • expand and go deeper through playful exercises that help unlock and explore your dreams and desires

  • discover your true authentic self - and how to start living a more aligned life

  • build confidence and feel empowered

  • time dedicated to working on your creative projects or hobbies (writing, painting etc)

  • potential to meet in person for wellbeing walks, cake & chats etc if local to Bracknell, Berkshire, area

open to other ideas you may have, it'll be YOUR TIME, so have your say below
