But, what is Wellbeing Club?
A new, interactive, weekly online session for anyone and everyone wanting to carve out
some time each week to monitor, improve and maintain their wellbeing needs and goals!
Facilitated by a certified Wellbeing Coach (me!) it will be a safe place for lovely people, like yourself,
to check in and give yourself:

an hour a week purely to focus on YOU

a defined space to set, monitor and review your personal goals

share your goals with the group for an extra layer of accountability (optional!)

access handy tips and tricks to build your self-care toolkit and live a more balanced life

weekly themes on self-care and wellbeing (rotated so if you miss a week you can catch it next time!)

expand and go deeper through playful exercises that help unlock and explore your dreams and desires
-
discover your true authentic self - and how to start living a more aligned life
-
build confidence and feel empowered
-
time dedicated to working on your creative projects or hobbies (writing, painting etc)

potential to meet in person for wellbeing walks, cake & chats etc if local to Bracknell, Berkshire, area
